Hasky is a local system monitor. The free app needs no account and sends nothing to us. Optional Pro cloud features, described below, need a Google sign-in. Hasky does not include advertising SDKs.

Data we collect

The desktop app reads process, CPU, memory, disk, network, and (on Windows) GPU counters on your machine to display them to you. Without Pro cloud sync, that data stays on your device and is not uploaded to Hasky servers.

Pro cloud and uptime monitoring (optional)

Only if you sign in with Google, have Hasky Pro, and leave “Upload every minute” switched on, the app sends one reading per minute to your private Hasky account on Google Firebase (Firestore). A reading contains: CPU, memory, storage and network rates, battery and thermal state where the device reports them, system uptime and core count, plus your device name, model, operating system and app version. If you turn on “Include top process names”, the five busiest process names are added; this is off by default.

We also store your Google account ID and email address (to sign you in), a timestamp for every reading, and online/offline events computed from those timestamps. Only you can read your data; it is not shared, sold, or used for advertising.

Retention: per-minute readings are deleted after 30 days, online/offline events after 90 days, and hourly summaries (averages and peaks) are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Control: you can switch uploads off or sign out in the app at any time, which stops all uploads. To delete your cloud data and account, email us at the address below.

Optional settings

Theme, language, mute, and process-view preferences are stored in localStorage on the device.
